2 bedrooms for 750 each (price is somewhat negotiable), available for sublet or lease assignment on June 1st with the possibility of extension after Summer. Tenants pay for internet and electricity only. A double bed and bed frame can be included for each room for free if needed. The house is a 3 bed 1 Bath with a large living room and nice size kitchen (no dishwasher). Laundry is on the property and is coin operated. There is parking for up to 3 cars available for an extra 50 a month (30 a month for students). The house is located 5-10 minutes from the bus stop and 15-20 mins from the O-train line 2. It is next to a nice park and close to a walkway to easily access bank street within 5-10 minutes. We are male Carleton University students looking for other students or young professionals. Each room is only available for a single person. Families will not be allowed. Sublet or lease assignment available for June to August with the option of extension after.
