We are in-town landlords committed to responding to your needs if issues arise in the home. The neighbors are friendly and we enjoy walking the neighborhood. We are close to Memorial, Erlanger, and Parkridge and about 7-10 minutes from downtown. You can access the freeway in 7-10 minutes as well and UTC in about 5-7 minutes. You will notice that we are in the process of building an elevated platform in the upstairs suite where we will put a tub prior to move in. We are happy to add this condition into the lease for your assurance that the job will be completed before your move in. This a great place for families (parents upstairs!) or a group of folks looking to lower costs and split rent. There is an alarm system in the home that we will include with rent to ensure your safety and comfort. We will also maintain the lawn as your landlords so you will not need to worry about that either! We are happy to discuss the inclusion of a balanced utility payment into the rent cost that averages costs over the year and protects you from a high bill during extreme weather.
