There have been some updates to the house in 2018 a new roof was put on, a water heater was installed, a new stove, the trim was changed from wood to all white, built-in storage was added to the family room, and the interior part of the house was all repainted. A new wood laminate flooring was installed in the kitchen and the laundry area and a new carpet was installed in the family room and two bedrooms.
