Close to Germantown and Clarksburg, very close to Mount Airy and Frederick MD. We would like to tenants that have a good credit score. We would like to see 3 months of current bank statements, 4 current paycheck stubs and rent and utility bills. The house is very beautiful with a total 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom upstairs; one bedroom and one full bathroom in the basement. Total 2 levels. All new wood floors throughout the entire house with no carpets. Also, in the backyard has a studio, you can use for office or other uses. We want the new family to love our house like if it is their own house. Pets is $50-$75 each per month and $250 security deposit for each pet. House is available beginning of September.
