The second bedroom is also a generous size with a walk-in closet, hardwood floors and a private bathroom with shower. The living room is spacious and the roomy kitchen/ dining room combo has plenty of natural light and beautiful appliances, including an induction stove/oven. The neighborhood is quiet with easy parking. The yard is large, fenced and available for your enjoyment. One large and one small dog live upstairs, so if you are not comfortable with dogs and keeping gates closed, this is not the apartment for you. Because living in an apartment in a single family home can be quite different than living in a traditional apartment building, the initial lease period will be a trial 6 months (for both of our benefits) to be followed hopefully by a standard year lease.
