Right next to the American River Parkway, on a quarter acre lot in a quiet neighborhood, with only one neighbor, our spacious family home is a runner, cyclist, and family paradise. With 4 traditional bedrooms and one converted garage (which can be converted back to a working garage if desired), a huge playroom, a large backyard, and a detached office space, our home is a fantastic family home in a neighborhood with lots of kids, runners, and dog-walkers. We are located next to the Waterton Access to the American River, immediately next to the American River Parkway. The kitchen was recently upgraded and everything is in good working order. There is currently a trampoline, play house, and indoor loft with a slide which we are willing to leave in the home if you want them. We are also willing to furnish or partially furnish the house depending on your needs. Starting date is flexible, could begin as early as August 24 with enough notice. Owner pays trash, sewer, yard maintenance and typical water bill. Any other utilities and water overages are responsibility of renter. We can partially furnish or furnish the home if desired by renter, it has nice furniture and cost would be minimal. Currently the garage is converted into an extra room for work/study, but can be converted back into a garage if renter desires.
