The Kitchen with the maple cabinets which never go out of style, is the perfect size with just enough space so you don't have to have too much, but fits everything you need. You don't have to settle with an apartment sized stove/oven here, full sized - Newer Fridge & Built In Microwave. I can bring my family and there is plenty of beds for everyone to sleep, and, when I go there with the guys golfing, or my wife with her friends, there's always enough beds for the foursomes. Now that we recently purchased new top quality Hotel furniture throughout other than the pull out sofa which we had made special from a furniture manufacturer and a lifetime warranty - with a more comfortable mattress, a brand new chair Nov 2018 along with Brand New Carpeting Dec 2018, and the dinette set we purchased three years ago, and the new drapes throughout and bed spreads this past year - Which, the Bed Spreads & Drapes Are all Hotel Quality. We just hung a Brand New 55" LG Smart TV, Along with the freshly painted unit last spring, it will be difficult to give it up! We didn't like the tile throughout like others are going with, we like the warm carpeting in the living room and bedroom which is now Brand New and a 65 lb low cut tight pile carpet with the best pad. We've owned it and have been visiting Myrtle Beach as a second home since 2004. But, it's time for someone else to enjoy it. There's no better value "ON THE OCEAN" in the Country! Sit on your balcony & watch the ocean for $109k? And, Fully Furnished with dinnerware, utensils, toaster, coffee pot and all. No place else. The Palms Has A Great Association also. If you're looking to leave all the hoopla of the big oversize buildings That have hundreds of units so the pool is always packed, this is it. No lazy river, store in the building, people from outside the building coming in using the amenities. This is a quiet resort. A place to go to enjoy and relax. All the fun of Myrtle Beach is right outside the door, but not constantly wound up in the building. I go to the owners meeting every Sept along with the majority of the owners, so the buildings are watched over carefully by the owners, not only by the management company.
