Our home has been kept up extremely well over the years. The house has been cleaned regularly so everything is like new. This house was built in 2000 and was made in Tennessee, so it has 6 inch walls instead of 4 inches, which makes it soundproof and lowers heating cost. It also has a foot overhang for the gutters. The house has a higher pitch roof. Almost every window has an awning, the yard is great for kids or animal watching. The shed has 2 doors, lights, a workbench, electricity inside and a light on the outside. There is a small garden area already cleaned out for spring. We have two Rubbermaid storage units outside and inside them is windows and a door that can be put up in the winter to seal up the deck to keep snow out and keep it warm. There is a wooden swing, a handmade bird house and a picnic table. With our new addition we have 101 feet of deck which has three handmade benches on the side and one on the front. The deck is fenced off with vinyl and stained treated wood railing and has a swing gate on the front. There is vinyl fencing by the driveway which is completely lit up with lights, as well as two standing ones that lights up the whole yard, and then lights on the whole deck. The drive way can fit four cars but three comfortably. The living room has brand new baseboards, the hallway-dining room and bathrooms have brand new carpet (the carpet in the bathrooms can be removed there is linoleum under). Almost all rooms have freshly painted walls. There is three bedrooms, which is decently sized (they fit queen size beds and a lot of furniture). The master bathroom has a brand new toilet. There is a dishwasher hookup in the kitchen. Every window in the house is vinyl double paned. We also have a sliding patio door on the main deck. All the axel's are still on the home if wanted to move home on land. There's over 30 cement anchors that the house sits on. The deck is supported by 4x6 with lag bolts in the legs on the front deck, the side is 4x4 with lag bolts, and constructed by 2x10 treated decking and framing, so its very sturdy and safe.
