This property was purchased in March, 2012. Major reconstruction was done prior to purchase, but does not qualify for Zillows "structural remodel", even though it totally should. This property contains a front home (2 bed 1 bath) and a back trailer (2 bed 1 bath). Mount Airy has recently passed a local ordinance that basically says if your trailer dies, you can replace it with a trailer at the same size or smaller. No new trailers in city limits. This property is on city water and sewer (up behind Lowes Hardware). The water lines are on the same meter, so I pay it. All of the decks were stained in 2015 - solid stain Mahogony. Since purchase, memorable repairs have been: replacing the counter top in the house, cutting down a tree behind the trailer, poraging (concrete texture) the front home, turning a high quality (~$400) ac unit into a fixture in the trailer (where a window used to be). Replaced roof of front home in 2018. The zillow details on this page are for the front home. I imagine at some point the trailer is going to need major repairs and will instead be removed from the property. I don't know when this will be.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
