Hello, Im renting out the top floor of my condo, I live in the basement and there is a shared front door exit. You can have the condo parking space when you move in and there is more parking a block away near the soccer field (thats where I park my car). Walmart and Costco are 5 minutes drive away. I would prefer no younger children, thank you. Security deposit is negotiable. short term
