Our Carriage House is a large separate building. It's your own private house. Two living rooms, two bathrooms. Large bedrooms and a super large porch. Great set up for five people. Tenants pay for heat and electric and hot water. To help you with Utilities cost our buildings are well maintained. Furnaces are serviced regularly. When you come for a viewing we will provide you with information on what you can expect on heating and electric bills from data during past years. Internet and cable are not included. You can choose which provider you would like to use. We do provide Water/Sewer, Professional Trash Removal, Lawn and Snow Plowing Services. We offer parking at no additional fee and there is free street parking in front of building. For your safety buildings have key pad entry for security on all outer doors.
