Im leasing out my 1 bed one bath in a 2 bed room 2 bath apartment in August. I stayed here for a complete year and I had no problems. Its very peacful and lowkey. Very spacious, carpet floors, walk in closet, huge bathroom and nice kitchen with a dishwasher .Washer and Dryer included as well as cable and Xfenty cable. Rent is $475 a month but $400 will be reduced from septembers rent . Its a must see. And its right across the street from bajas/gold gym palaza, walk to campus !! :-)
