Lenox and Phipps are about 1.3 or 1.4 miles north, about a 20 minute walk, and on the way you pass the Buckhead Marta station (at the 1.2 mile mark), before that you pass a plaza with Marshalls, LA Fitness and Kroger. Whole Foods is about a ten minute walk (have not 'odometered' this one...) on West Paces. The area west of Whole Foods (into West Paces Ferry) is ideal for running/jogging. If you walk south on Peachtree instead, there is a Publix about 10 minutes away, and a Starbucks and a Barnes and Noble. There is also a Walgreens at about the same distance. Walk-to restaurants include the Atlanta Fish Market, Cheesecake Factory, Brio, Moe's, Pricci (must try if you haven't), Buckhead Bakery, Genki, Capital Grille, Nava (try the lobster taco), and many others... I'm just listing my favorites.
