    Two-bedroom, one-bath unit in North Grover triplex being remodeled, will be ready to rent in mid-July. The unit is unusually spacious with tons of cabinetry and storage, and is situated on the ground floor for easy access. It's close enough to the shore to hear the crashing waves outside. The unit was recently remodeled with new stone-look countertops, waterproof laminate flooring, ceiling fans, can lighting, and sliding door. It has a small backyard dedicated just to this unit. It also has a one-car garage at the front of the building. Hook-ups are installed in the unit to allow for a stackable electric washer/dryer unit. Owners are dog friendly, but our insurance won't allow pit bulls or rottweilers; sorry. Currently, landlord pays water and trash, although units are being sub-metered so tenant will eventually pay their own water. Rent is $1,550. Security deposit depends on strength of credit. Owners live nearby and are very responsive. About our tenants: The property is a non-smoking property. We have good neighbors and trust our new tenants will, likewise, be good neighbors.
