If you smoke in the apartment or on your balcony, You will be asked nicely to move out and you will be billed a MINIMUM of $1,000 to de-oderize the apartment. PARKING Parking On Street only. NO GARAGE AVAILABLE. No parking in or on driveway. Street parking is almost always available, even in busy summer beach going months. REPETITION AND OVER COMMUNICATING Please understand the No Pets repetition. Sometimes people don't understand or quickly skim the advert. Show up for a tour and ask me if I accept Pets. I do not. The reasons are manifold. PHOTOS ETC.. Photo's are not that great. I'll work to get better photos posted. This is a very nice apartment. I am a terrible photog. Several people have toured this anpartment and want it, badly. But they do not qualify either due to low FICO Score or not showing enough income, or they need a garage. Most likely, if you see it, you will like it. I like it and would like to move in here. Maybe I will if it doesn't rent soon, if I can afford it..
