25 Park Avenue is directly between the Boys and Girls club and the baseball field. Apartment 2 is the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house. You will use the main entrance of the house. There is a shared foyer with private entrances to Apartments 1 and 2, with room for a few things in a small closet. You will be the first ones in a completely renovated apartment. The building is an Oyster Bay classic coming up on its hundredth birthday (1927). You have exclusive use of the driveway, with room for two cars. There is room in the shared garage for bikes and some other small things. Tools and equipment are available in garage if you're a fan of gardening - there are some planting beds in the front yard for flowers or vegetables and herbs. The grass and landscaping are cared for by the landlord. You can walk to the center of town, beach, and Long Island Rail Road station in ~10 minutes. The drive to the Syosset train station is an easy 15 minutes for a faster (50 minute) commute into the City. -1 year minimum (ask for longer) -Tenant or Landlord can cancel for any reason with 90 days notice.
