Typical 3 bedroom house built in the 1920's. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. All 3 bedrooms are carpeted and have a closet. The first floor has 3 rooms in the original house. An addition built in the 1970's on the back of the house has an additional room and a combo laundry half bathroom. The kitchen has been recently updated with new cabinets, countertops, and vinyl plank flooring. Refigerator, gas range, and dishwasher are provided in the kitchen. The other two first floor rooms have the original oak flooring. Heat is provided by a gas fired boiler with the original cast iron radiators in most of the house. Hot water is provided by a fast recovery gas hot water heater. The exterior of the house us scheduled for new vinyl siding this summer depending on the rules for construction work. Due to experiences with previous pet owners, THIS IS A "NO PET" RENTAL. Water and sewer are billed monthly to owner. The monthly bills will be added every three months.
