This house is unique. It's situated on a hill in a rocky landscape, with views toward the South and West. Open view to the Boston skyline in the winter. Upstairs is a finished attic space, with one space that is used for owners' storage, and another that is set up as a TV/family room. The kitchen is very large and well equipped, with an eating counter. It leads out to a patio in the back, with a nice gas grill. There is a brand new washer dryer in the kitchen area. There is a large enclosed entry porch that is useful as a mudroom/storage space. A basement space with a workbench and utility sink, and limited storage space is available to both units. There is a small garage at street level that is useful for bicycles, trash/recycling, and storage. It is not for parking a car. There is plenty of free street parking at all times. There is a separate one bedroom apartment in the basement, with a separate entrance and private outdoor space. The house is PARTIALLY FURNISHED, and includes one double bed, a dresser, built-in desk, two couches, a rug, dining table and chairs, two bookshelves, and an eating counter with chairs in the kitchen. Tenants are free to rearrange furniture as suits them, but it cannot be removed from the house for the duration of the lease.
