This furnished home includes a first floor open concept living room with TV, dining area, and eat-in kitchen. There is a great screened-in porch off the kitchen to enjoy the nice end of summer and fall days! Also on the first level is a full bathroom along with three bedrooms (double bed/two bunk beds/queen sized bed). The second floor includes a huge bonus family room with sitting area/TV and another deck where you will get some views of the beach! A laundry room, another full bathroom, and two more bedrooms finished off the second floor (two doubles/one queen). **Linens are not included No pets or smoking/vaping allowed. Basic cable/internet is included. Along with the monthly rent, a tenant is also responsible for oil (heat source), electricity, and snow removal.
