The property can be available furnished or unfurnished. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor and a loft bedroom and full bathroom on the second floor. There is a bonus playroom in the basement. There are multiple forms of heating including woodstove, monitor heaters, heat pump (AC as well), and electric baseboard in the bedrooms. Dogs are allowed and there is a fenced in portion of the property. Renter is responsible for all utilities (kerosene for heat, electric, propane for hot water/oven, internet, cable). Renter is responsible for snow removal and lawn maintenance. No smoking. Dogs are allowed. Cats not allowed.
