Welcome to Rosebrook! Under new management! Rosebrook Apartments has one and two bedroom apartments with 12 apartments in total. We recently took over management of this building. Come see what Rosebrook has to offer! Located on the East side of Saint Cloud behind Highway Ten. Our Garbage policy is simple. Each month $10 per adult occupant is added to your rent to pay for garbage. This means one less utility account to setup and one less step to get into your new place. The total cost of rent is base rent $825 plus $10/per person for garbage, and a tech fee $6.95 per account. In addition you are responsible for electricity through xcel energy and we require that you carry liability insurance ($18 through us or you can provide your own liability or renters insurance). We make it easy! From scheduling a showing, paying your rent to submitting a maintenance request and signing your lease, it's all online.
