We are selling our home of 1740 sq ft that sits on 5 acres. It is a manufactured home built in 2012. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and a large office that could also be used as a bedroom. Very open dining room, kitchen and living room with a large industrial sized fridge. Master bathroom has his and her sinks as well as a jacuzzi tub. This has been a wonderful country home for our family. Very friendly neighbors that are close enough to enjoy, but far enough that you feel as though you have your own privacy. We have a pump house that has been painted to match with the home that has plenty of storage space to use as you wish. Raised garden beds in an enclosed garden area on the side of the house that gets some some shade and not all sun. The view of the hills to catch the sunset has been one of my favorite part's of living here. Great place to raise children with a great town and school district. The Tax History portion of this Zillow ad is incorrect we did not pay $8000 in taxes nor has it ever even been close to that.
