    What's special

Hey, girl. Or guy. Or whatever you identify as—we support everyone here at H2! Should have it officially listed on Monday! Y’all. Reno takes a lot of time. I added pictures of the kitchen to tease. Hope to see you soon!!! “Movie house!!!” Perfect for a vacation or rental property, first time buyer, or for someone to take it easy in beautiful Charleston. I know, I know. You think it’s overpriced, but let me learn you something about what all is included… This Townhouse has. EVERYTHING. Newly installed laminate flooring throughout the entire downstairs. Newly installed wall molding in the living room and dining area. Newly renovated kitchen to include a pantry, shelves, cabinets, a new bar to the dining room. Y’all. I bought you a new Keurig, microwave/range hood, range, and fridge. They’re all stainless steel so they’ll literally go with anything, if you decide that I’m a garbage designer. (This is sounding like one of those articles where you just want to learn how to make a grilled cheese sandwich, but first you have to read how the chef spent time in the Swiss Alps and almost died of hypothermia first? Whatever. I’m selling the house so you have to listen… and if you’ve gotten this far, you’re with me for the whole ride!) The dining room includes a vintage dining room table and four chairs. Oh yeah. I’m including all the furniture! Ain’t I nice? But I’m really moving states and don’t want to haul stuff? In the living room, you have a couch and a recliner facing a pull down projector screen to go with your 4K projector. Watch movies like you’re at an old one dollar movie theater where you’re constantly playing the game “pee or popcorn.” Oh. Speaking of movies? Im giving you my dvd and blu ray collection. (Get it now? Movie house?) This a collection spanning from 1998-2022. It’s a lot. Over 1000 movies, to be exact. I have switched to digital and don’t need them. Included are (most of) the cases. Do you hate movies and fun, in general? You can sell the movies for a buck a piece and you’ll have some easy money, Scrooge McDuck. That said, I have all the DVDs and Blu-rays in CD binders, so you can chuck the cases in our conveniently located, on-site garbage facility. There is a modest half-bathroom downstairs with a new vanity and lighting fixture. The toilet works great. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the full bath: Bedroom one is the main. There is a walk-in closet (decent sized), a wardrobe, desk, and another projector! Also… a king sized bed with a loft frame in a deceptively large room. The second bedroom is the GAME ROOM which includes a Nintendo Switch video game system, a top of the line gaming chair, a queen sized bed, walls decorated with glowing stars/Star Wars art, tv, and other games/activities. Still hate fun!? Take the stuff off the wall, sell the Switch and turn it into a boring guest room. Will your guest object to a tv and a queen sized bed? I think not. This room also has a smaller walk-in closet and a dresser included. There is a small linen closet in the upstairs hall. Exciting. I know. The main bathroom is fairly small, but you can maximize the space with shelving. The tub was replaced less than two years ago. All walls have a fresh coat of paint. I have never done anything to the AC unit. You will eventually have to do something with it. I’ve had no issues whatsoever and it’s blowing beautiful, cold air on me as I type. The heat is great but I’m not going to test it right now in the Charleston summer. I may combust. I’ve been here four years and I have never had any issues with this place. The community is friendly. You can be as social or as antisocial as you’d like. There’s a pool and a dog-park and a nice laundry facility. Follow @jessesiak for updates and a glimpse into the delightful dumpster fire that is my life.
