Fiber net is available through 4county electric company. I prefer the renter to be 25 years old or older with no pets. This is a family home, so children are welcome. Parking in driveway for 2 to 3 vehicles. No parking in yard/grass. This is a quiet country home in the middle of family land, so not a place for partying. I am looking for responsible renters that will care for the home like they own it.
