The non refundable pet fees are $250.00 for the first pet and $100.00 for the second pet, max of two pets. Dogs must be at least a year old upon move-in and no more than about 25 pounds at full grown weight. Monthly pet rent is $25.00 per pet with a vet certification or $50.00 per pet without a vet certification. Two bedroom units currently available, or coming available, at Gray Station Villas ranging from $495.00 per month, with a $470.00 deposit (two bedroom upstairs unit) to $515.00 per month with a $490.00 deposit (two bedroom downstairs unit), also will have a two bedroom garden unit available within a month which will rent for $525.00 per month, with a $500.00 deposit.**Water, sewer and trash pick-up are included in the monthly rent. Electricity will need to be placed in your name upon lease signing, as will cable and internet, if desired. Application fee is $30.00 per person living in the apartment over the age of 18 and the co-signer fee is also $30.00, if needed, which will be due upon application submission. A credit check and background check will be completed upon processing of each application. We require a copy of a driver license or ID card as well as proof of income for the last three months from each applicant, with each submitted application. The security deposit will hold the unit for up to 30 days after the application is approved. The full first months rent will be due upon move-in. If moving in mid-month, full first months rent will still be due and then the second month rent will be prorated.
