An Arnold Baker-built home. Open floor plan. 3 bedrooms of comfortable size (ranging between 140 sq ft and 168 sq ft. Full basement (partially finished with walls to "hide" laundry room and storage room) is open leaving an area for the kids to play. In our case, we use it to host dances. For some reason zillow says partial basement (as noted earlier basement is full, but partially finished). Lenox 94.3% efficient furnace installed in 2009. New roofing (50 year warranty to original owner) installed 2013.
