Private and tranquil, close to hiking trails, Cuyuna State Park, Crosby restaurants and shopping! Renters pay heat, electricity, (fiber) internet (about $350/month); owner pays trash, water. We will discuss snow removal and mowing before lease signing. No smoking inside the property. Renters have access to indoor/outdoor firewood. No garage access, but there is space for several cars in the driveway. Pets allowed as long as they are cleaned up after.
