I pay for the water and trash and all but $100 of the electric bill in return for the perfect person to help take care of our small group of horses and basic ranch chores 3 days a week. I would estimate that this would be approximately an average of 6 hours a week (think morning and evening feedings.) In order to help on the ranch, you would need to be able to lift more than 60 pounds into the back of the truck (hay bales can weigh around 75 pounds some years.) The ideal fit for us would be one or two people who have previously lived outside of the city and who have some handyman skills. Good communication skills are a must. Please note that we are also looking for local employment or verifiable income. I know that some of you reading this ad may be moving in the future to Colorado but this is not a situation I can hold the house vacant for a couple months.
