Mature trees provide shade and privacy to the property, about a quarter of which is fenced -- our medium-large dogs loved it! It is nicely appointed but also has room for adding your own personal touches including furniture. Until January 2025, it was the primary residence for the co-owners, their infant son and two dogs, and we're excited to turn the place over to a tenant who really cares about living in one of the best corners of Colorado. In the winter, we provide a plow service to clear your driveway and Grapevine Road gets plowed regularly by the county. Utilities included are: trash/recycling service, water, septic, and winter driveway snow plowing. 1,200mbps internet over an Xfinity mesh network, electric service and gas service are billed to the tenant and not included in the monthly rent. Dogs are allowed without breed, size or weight limits, with a refundable pet deposit of $300.00 USD and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $250.00 USD. These deposit amounts do not increase or decrease based on the number of dogs or their size. Sorry, but no cats or other pets allowed.
