This townhouse is so COZY! All neighbors are quiet and clean and I've always felt safe here. I know there are college students and families around, so it is a mixture. San Louis park is right next door and has walking trails and a dog park. I love how this home sits back from the road (pretty hidden), but it is so close to all food and entertainment on Tennessee St! Large kitchen and living area, large bedroom and bathroom upstairs (kind of like a loft style), deck in the back, storage area beneath the stairs, and FULL-SIZE washer and dryer in unit! There is also a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, and I have a couch that can be left for the new tenant if they want, or I can have it removed. There are two types of alarm systems installed (ADT and Xfinity), you would just need to activate them. Pets allowed! Dogs and cats! There is a separate Pet Agreement to fill out and a pet deposit of $200 per pet, but no pet rent! Application fee is $40! Darden is the property management company for this townhome. This is a sublease! The current lease ends in July, and a normal lease is for 1 year. They do allow subleasing. Tenant pays water and electric. Darden takes care of pest control once yearly and has someone blow the leaves out of the driveway in the front to keep it clear.
