The 4th room does not have a door. Parties are prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. There is a $200 fine for leaving the kayaks on the pool. Kindly return them to the designated place. Please do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parking is never an issue with a long driveway that fits up to 20 vehicles. For added peace of mind, the property includes exterior cameras, smoke and CO detectors, and fire extinguishers. The pool is unavailable due to maintenance.
