Application & Property Viewing Process:
Once a prospective tenant expresses interest, they will receive a text or email with the RentRedi pre-qualification link. All applicants must complete the pre-qualification questionnaire first. After review, qualified prospects will receive a notification of approval and a link to schedule a property viewing.
If, after the showing, the prospect wishes to move forward, a full application will be sent through RentRedi. The application fee is $49.99 and is paid directly to RentRedi, which covers the credit, background, rental history, and income verification checks.
Upon application approval, an in-person interview will be conducted at the applicant's current residence, with all future occupants present. At that meeting, the lease will be reviewed and signed, first month's rent and security deposit will be collected, and keys to the property will be provided.
