The lease will be initially for one year and convert to month-to-month at the end of the first year. The tenant is responsible for electric, water/sewer, cable and internet. No smoking in the property and no pets. There are two off street parking spots available in the rear of the house. Upon interest in the property, an application will be emailed to you to complete and return, in order to schedule a showing. There is no application fee, but there is a $42 fee for a credit/criminal/eviction background check through My Smart Move before lease signing.
