As you walk in the front door, you enter an open concept area with a view of the dining room, living room, family room, and kitchen with a kitchen nook. The front fence and the one between me and the neighbor to the east have been replaced. There is a security gate on the entrance to the path to the house, and there is also a security door on the door to the house. The master bedroom has a door to the patio (also with a security door). The door to the back yard from the utility room also has a security door. Outside the utility room, there is a pergola over a smaller patio that can be used as a barbecue space. It is a very comfortable house.
