Easy and convenient to many local golf courses. The University of Minnesota, the Twin Cities area, are all within a 15 minute drive. The landlord is the owner. He and his wife have owned the property since June and its their only rental. there isn't a property management company involved. A 12-month lease is required. After the initial 12 months, tenants and landlord/owners will discuss renewing the lease for another 12 months or being placed on a month-to-month lease term. Owner pays for water / sewer / garbage. Other utilities are the responsibility of the tenants There are still a few outdoor tweaks we'd like to make, but we can do as renters are there. This is in GREAT condition so we are looking for someone that will treat this like their own and maybe even put their spin on some of the outdoor things too! Pets will be considered, however there are weight and number limits. Each pet situation will be addressed individually with the tenant/owner.
