We have a beautifully furnished home in a quiet neighborhood - fully stocked for comfortable living. Master bedroom with attached bath and walk-in closet has a king size bed. Guest bedroom is next to the main bathroom with a walk-in closet and queen size bed. Office has a comfortable couch and desk. Kitchen is full equipped with electric appliances and all the essential pots, pans and dishes. Washer and dryer in the garage. Laminate floors throughout. Privacy fence in the back. Screened in lanai as well as outdoor seating and barbeque area (with propane barbeque). We pay for water/sewer, amenities, and lawn care. Tenant is responsible for electric and cable/internet. First and last month's rent due at signing of the lease. Yearly rentals only. You will pay for electric. We will pay for water, amenities fees, and internet. The $1000 security deposit, less a $300 cleaning fee, will be returned within 14 days of departure if an inspection of the property reveals no damage or loss of property. $500 non-refundable pet deposit for rentals longer than 6 months. - Rental prices based on 2 adult occupants (Occasional visitors are welcome but extended stay visitors - beyond three days - will be charged $100 per person/per month). - Check-in: 3pm - Check-out: 10am The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
