I have 2 bedrooms open in my three bedroom apartment. If I rent to 2 people its $450 each for rent but if I rent to one person it would be about $750 utilities included. We have a full size w/d in the home. Carports are $30 a month but we have one assigned spot that is free (I myself pay for a carport). The home is fully furnished outside of the bedrooms that you can rent.
