    Looking for lease takeover through August 2023 at the Luxury Foundry Apartments! I will pay your first month (November) for free as incentive! The deposit and admin fees are already taken care of by me and would not be required by the new tenant. Only a $50 screening fee is needed by the apartment to be added to the lease (and I will be subsequently removed). The Foundry Apartments are in a great location off of Eisenhower Avenue in Alexandria. It is a block away from the Eisenhower Ave Metro station for easy commuting, and a mile walk to Old Town. Additionally, they are building a Wegmans in the building next door that will open in Mar/Apr 2022! The apartment itself is roughly 800 square feet (reference the floor plan)- this layout has a balcony facing the building with the future Wegmans, but overlooks their pool/outdoor roof space (also pictured). The flooring in the apartment is engineered hardwood, so it's super easy to maintain and keep clean. In the kitchen, the island is actually on wheels and movable, so I have it pictured both in the center of the room and pushed against the wall for more space. There is plenty of kitchen counter/cupboard space, and room on top for displaying cookbooks and other knick knacks. The bedroom fits a king size bed nicely with room to walk on both sides, and a long dresser in the room. The apartment has 3 walk-in closets, but I have one of them as a dual purpose office-coat closet (as it's right near the door). The bathroom boasts a large stand up shower and plenty of storage and drawers beneath the sink. The washer and dryer are brand new, and are located in the double closet in the entry way picture. It has plenty of storage for towels/cleaning supplies. We also use this space for some additional pantry storage. The apartment has two designated parking areas for residents. Attached garage parking is $150 a month, and detached garage parking is available at a discount rate to residents at the AMC Movie Theater garage for $75 a month. Additionally, if you want extra storage, they offer storage cages at $50 and $100 extra a month depending on the size you want. I chose the Foundry initially because of their great amenities. Some include the rooftop pool (closed for winter), the literal arcade/game room, gas grills on the roof, lounge spaces, 3 story gym with free Peloton membership, and free gourmet coffee bar in the lobby. If you have a dog, they also have an indoor dog run! This rate for this apartment is at a great asking point, as currently a 530 square foot apartment is renting at $2400.
