Spacious house has large family room with fireplace, garage with remote openers and plenty of storage, shed, central air, mini blinds, curtain rods, dishwasher, washer and dryer hookups, and a great backyard area. One bedroom is smaller than the other two. Some groups use the family room as a bedroom and the smaller bedroom as an office. You pay all utilities and the rent is $1050 per month for three people and an additional $100 for each person over three.
