Spacious house has large family room with fireplace, garage with remote openers and plenty of storage, shed, central air, mini blinds, curtain rods, dishwasher, washer and dryer hookups, and a great backyard area. One bedroom is smaller than the other two. Some groups use the family room as a bedroom and the smaller bedroom as an office. You pay all utilities and the rent is $1050 per month for three people and an additional $100 for each person over three. We do require rental history (the dorms do count) and deposit equals one month rent. You take care of the yard work. Our policies are no-smoking, no pets of any kind and no parties.
