Garbage, water, and lawn care (which is a huge bonus) are included in rent. Electric runs around $80. Stove, dryer, and heat run on propane that averages out to about $100 a month. There are a washer and dryer in the home but when they stop working renter will have to provide their own. There is a wood-burning stove that can offset some heating costs. Only two small closets. There is a shed out back that can be used for some storage. Lease term is negotiable, a credit score of 630 or higher, required background check. No pets at this time. The owner pays for trash, water, sewer, and does all lawn care.
