This fully furnished ocean view 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the heart of Cardiff by the Sea has the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and coastal living. We have a strict no pets policy - this is our home and we have serious pet allergies so no exceptions. The surf house style home with great natural light is thoughtfully designed and extremely well stocked with everything you will need. - Two spacious living rooms with comfortable furnishings - Two and a half bathrooms - A dedicated office for remote work - A fully equipped kitchen with ocean views - A primary suite and a second bedroom (both with queen beds) - Two decks, including a large front deck with an ocean view - perfect for watching surfers when the swell is right - A private backyard with seating area and fire pit The kitchen is a special one - you have that great ocean view whenever you are standing in it! It has a large quartz countertop, farmhouse sink, and is definitely a working kitchen (if you love to cook, it has what you need to serve a great meal). The two spacious living rooms both have large couches. The front living room is in the open kitchen and dining area that flows seamlessly onto a large deck, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy the sunset while watching surfers catch waves when the swell is just right. The second living room is where the TV is located, and it is next to the screen room that also has a seating area that is perfect for reading or doing a little work on your laptop. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and in suite master bathroom. The French doors in the room open to the private backyard with a cozy seating area and fire pit - perfect for evening by the fire with a glass of wine. The second bedroom also will have a queen bed (it currently has a futon as you see in the photos). It is right across the hall from the second full bathroom that has a deep tub. The office space has a large desk (stand up or sit down) as well as a monitor you can connect your laptop to. The house is fully furnished and stocked with linens, towels, etc. It has everything you need for a standard kitchen. All utilities are included as well as a monthly cleaning from our cleaner. The house is available for rent from November 1st, 2025 through May 31st 2026. Minimum rental period is 3 months.
