This is a single family home that is separated into two private living areas. The small unit above the garage is occupied by our daughter. The back yard and spa is totally private and for your use only. There is no shared space. As a super host/owner I can help you charter a sail boat, schedule a deep sea fishing trip, plan a day at Disneyland, Angels or Ducks game or catch the Catalina Express for a day trip at Catalina Island. Located less than 4 miles from the pristine beaches of Dana Point and Laguna Beach. Take morning or evening strolls around Laguna Niguel Lake and take in the peaceful nature and wildlife. Bicycle and jogging paths also lead to Salt Creek Beach, the Ritz-Carlton and the Waldorf Astoria Resort. Just a bit further south and you'll find Dana Point Harbor for sailing, surfing, SUP, jet ski, fishing or just stroll around the harbor. Or go north to enter the quaint beach town of Laguna Beach and your choice of shopping, art festivals, restaurants, beaches, the Montage Resort and entertainment. Guest access This large master bedroom and bath with a portable air conditioner upstairs and a living room/dining room and kitchen with attached family room and bath downstairs. Private yard with spa and built in entertainment bar and BBQ. Other things to note The trash cans and laundry room are located in the backyard under the stairs. Laundry room hours are between 9am-9pm. The master bedroom closet and the door leading to the garage are locked and there is no access. Spa equipment is behind the gate near the French doors. All the bedding for the sofa bed is in the downstairs closet. A smart home device is in the kitchen and will play music of your choice. The fireplace is gas and you can burn logs.
