This place is tastefully decorated in pure class and comfort! It's in an ideal quiet and safe location, 7 minutes from the airport, and less than 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Being less than a minute from the I-26 interstate makes it convenient to get most anywhere in the Charleston metro area! It's 3 minutes away from the shopping mall, Walmart, and tons of restaurants and stores for great shopping. Although a few of my neighbors on the block don't keep their properties up as well as mine, this is still a very safe and pretty quiet area. Just bring your clothes and you're all set! This place is very clean and well equipped with kitchen cookware, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Also bedding sheets and comforters, bath and face towels are provided. Lawn service is included. Utilities are not included (water, sewer and electricity) but can be included for an additional $300 per month. There is a 2 car driveway in front. Smoking in unit is strictly forbidden but is allowed on front porch or back patio. Cleaning service can also be provided for an additional cost.
