Located 2 blocks west of Iowa on 25th St. Apartment is on the top floor and doesn't share walls with neighbors. Complex has a pool and a KU bus stop. Living room has a USB outlet. New lighting in kitchen and bathroom. Balcony. No washer/dryer hookups...storage instead. Ceiling fan in bedroom and living room. Dishwasher, garbage disposal. $580 per month. $560 deposit. Water paid. Tenant pays gas and electric. Pets ok, but extra deposit needed. Credit score of 600 needed. I already moved out and need someone to take my apartment ASAP! Tenant responsible for gas and electric.
