A cozy colonial (only 1900 square feet) which is not too much to take care of. 3 of the upstairs bedrooms are decent size (the 4th is better used as a nursery or office). Downstairs has a semi-open design with the family room open to the kitchen/nook area. Kitchen size is respectable though not too big. The pantry offers for a good amount of dry storage. Recently added granite bar-top that seats 8 to 10 in kitchen (with extra cupboard space underneath). New wood molding, solid core wood doors, and terra-cotta style (quarry tile) throughout the main floor. Half-bath fully remodeled and new shelving in pantry and coat closet. A number of windows let much light in during the day (but no skylights). Two sliding doors (one off the nook and one off the family room) open to the back deck. Deck is spacious and the back yard has a good amount of room though narrows as you go further back (Note the areal photo). Fireplace is gas ready and cozy in the winter. Basement is mostly finished with 2 large storage closets. Dry bar and moderate sized hang-out area makes up the main area. Furnace/boiler/utility sink/laundry room completes this part of the house with room to spare for more storage and shelving. Neighborhood Description Includes 2 or 3 parks with trails in between. This is nice for kids to play and run around. Fences are allowed but with severe restrictions (can only be so tall and in the backyard only, may not be visible from front of home). Everyone on the street is really friendly. They have activities throughout the summer including a block wide garage sale, movies in the park, and more. Fees are pretty reasonable at around $140 per year.
