This is an older house built in 1960, but in good shape. The interior has been updated and is very comfortable. The exterior is part stucco and part wood paneling. Neighborhood Description This neighborhood was originally a part of a 9-hole golf community, and the course was located where now stands "Church on the Hill." It is a nice neighborhood conveniently located near 87 and Almaden Xpwy (but not too close to hear the traffic) so commutes off of 280 are not bad. There is a Canoas Gardens community group that does Neighborhood watch and emergency preparedness planning (on a volunteer basis -- there are no association fees).
