I love my apartment at 2447 Madison Rd Apt 19 and it will be available starting May 1st. I sadly will be vacating early because I was admitted into an MD/PhD program and will be doing research their this summer! My apartment cost 850$ a month and is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 700 sq ft with an almost newly renovated kitchen (I took the plastic rap off the appliances when I moved in!) The heating, trash, and water are covered by the apartment and there is coin laundry in the basement, and I have always had hot water in my shower. Electricity paid for by tenant. There is a parking lot for the complex, but also street parking. Although a few other units are for rent in my unit, I am certain I have one of the best because they post a video of it on their site with their other units (it may be because I asked for a video of the unit so they had it on hand, but I like to think it is because this apt is the gem of the building)! The neighbors are all quiet but willing to help if you need it. The building is accommodating and quick about maintenance requests. The best part though is the location of the complex. I frequently walk to Hyde Park, Oakley Square, and Ault Park. Please message me if interested, and I will answer any questions. I will also set up showings in person or through video call (with covid-19 this is the preferred option, but I understand wanting to view a property in person and will sanitize things before the viewing!
