Into the living room is a closet housing the water heater as well as giving you storage space. Next to that is a small bar/island area for dining. The living room space has wooden flooring for easy cleaning. There are wide windows that give lots of natural light. This is the perfect area for placing a couch and your TV. A cable outlet is also available (and the apartment does already come equipped with FREE cable and Internet!) At the back of the living room space is a circular staircase leading up to a carpeted bedroom area overlooking the space below. There is plenty of room for a bed as well as a desk or other needed furniture. A second cable outlet can be found in this area as well in case you want your TV close to your bed. The main draw of the apartment is that its extremely close to the university about a five minute walk away from the rec center and a ten minute walk or less to the center of campus. Walking from your new apartment to any building shouldn't be trouble! The apartment does NOT have a washer or dryer in-unit but there is a laundry room across the street for use any time of the day by residents of the complex. There is also a washateria close by if you would prefer that. The area is quiet around you as far as I've experienced with other units near me.
