For the right tenant, we would be willing to lease the unit furnished. The condo also comes with 2 parking passes for on site parking. Price includes all utilities--internet, cable, heating, water, sewer, garbage--with the exception of electricity (average $30/month). All in, the utilities are worth $300+ per month and are included in the price. Looking for two responsible tenants to lease our condo, reliable income, non-smoker, not partiers, and respectful.
