Located in a 1920s art deco building, this freshly painted apartment has large windows, wall-to-wall carpeting, kitchen, bathroom, and a secure lobby. This is a "junior one bedroom" apt., so there is no door separating the sleeping area from the living room area, but the sleeping area is set off (not all one large square room) offering some privacy.
